You wouldn't know it by looking at him, but Jordan Syatt is a beast. He's a 5x World Record Powerlifter and one of the few people in the world to deadlift 4x his own body weigh. Not bad for a self proclaimed short, bald, Harry Potter nerd. He has become one of the industry’s leading experts in strength training, nutrition, and behavioral psychology. Jordan began Syatt Fitness from his dorm at the University of Delaware in 2011, and has since helped countless individuals achieve their fitness goals, including the likes of Gary Vaynerchuk and many others. He takes a science-based approach to wellness, strength and health training and to prove it he actually lost weight on a diet of 1 BigMac a day every day for 30 days, proving that anyone can reach their goals with the right plan.
